I believe it was 2017, if I remember 2018 Spring was cancelled due to a number of factors .

I can’t remember when in 2018 you were unable to access TER in the US w/o VPN
Plus, I believe new party organizers were mentioned.  

Regardless, it would be great to see them again.  I know it be give an excuse, not that I need that as excuse, to hang out in New England for a bit.
