Places I've gone to have always used nice warm washcloths, usually soaped up a bit.  Then they dry you with a towel.

I hate the chill of anything connected to alcohol.

if any FIV play is anticipated.  I have even brought soft soap with me in my play kit...  I've noticed Gals are more willing to free play if I show efforts to be squeaky clean.  Why not?  I would predsent myself for ANY romp in a fresh cleaned condition.  
If she's using hand sanitizer after...  a bit paranoid or not really into it.  Reminds me of a gal who thought a bit of man cream was toxic waste.

I always between sessions on the tables use the Clorox cleaning wipes.  I do not offer other services as you have received it seems but I don't think anyone realizes that this could cause more harm for both involved here.  If they are using these types of wipes on your goods and if they are using that crap to spray your hands be smart and just ask if you may use the restroom prior and wash your hands well.  And I will not use hand sanitizer before I start a massage.  I will wash my hands prior to going into the room and after each session.  It's just proper.  But do try and not use any of that crap.  I use Astro Glide for my gents at the end of their massage the fun part.  And would suggest that maybe next time get a travel size one if you plan to go back and see if it's okay to use that on the lady.  Just that is scary to think of the infections one can develop from this practice..

the poor lady had a cold...   she had to excuse herself to blow her nose several times.  I could hear her wash her hands after every time.   The hour session was way over time because of all the interruptions.  I was glad she was washing her hands but really she should not have booked the session.  I wonder if she'd taken something to clear her head & it was more effective that expected.   Only time I've ever been GLAD it wasn't a FS session!

I don't have many rules but I do ask that you at least wash your hands. I wash mine right before I sit down,  all my bottles are sanitized with Seventh Generation wipes and all surfaces are cleaned between clients. I do neck to foot wash before and after every client. I never got the whole hand sanitzer thing especially when bodily fluids are present. Warm water and soap please.
