Ok so I have been thinking of going to an AMP for a while now and have played out the worst case scenario in my head. Let me state that I am not after FS, just a good massage, table shower and a HE.
So say I walk in and the massage starts. I am of course in the buff on the table and she may be topless giving me the massage. At this point LE shows up and kicks the door down (I am guessing that the rooms are locked during the massage). What exactly will I be charged with?

Dont get me wrong, I personally love AMPS, but to call they safe is a bit of a stretch.

The safest always will be a well reviewed provider.

Most AMPs have locked front doors, with access provided by a buzzer. So the girl will know the cops are coming before they make it into your room. You will flip over onto your stomach, she will cover you with a towel, and put her shirt back on.

Cops will come in and question you, since they saw nothing. Your response should be "I was getting a massage, and nothing else."

Most spas are not closed by random "kicking in the front door." Instead the cops send in an undercover guy, he gets propositioned, and they arrest that girl, the mamasan, and anyone who is illegal. As a client at an AMP you have next to nothing to fear.

Last I checked AMP is more likely to get raided and they put EVERYONE in bracelets.

Tamp bay has dozens of AMPs they get busted every once in a while.  They normally get 1 or 2 girls on prostitution but then get the rest on unliscened massage and on running a house.  I have never seen a customer arrested.  not saying it cant happen but have not seen it.
