It's fun, but not worth the extra charge in my opinion.  I've had more expert body sliding and slippery fun with just plain massage cream, better than any Nuru.

Be sure the room is nice and warm.  Nuru is water based and begins to evaporate soon after applied which can leave you feeling chilly unless the room is nice and warm.

Just guessing but you might be better off finding a FBSM independent where you can read the reviews rather than a random girl at a massage parlor.

Massage cream dries out just as fast and oil is very hard to remove . Whereas the gel if its mixed properly doesn't leave anything behind so if you couldn't get a shower clean up would be easy.

It's an easy way for a provider to upcharge.  (Same goes for tantric, BTW.)  Some providers will do it as part of their regular routine - no upcharge.  But it's your money.

Well Idk about upselling because I don't do that but I believe EVERY extra is a way for a Lady to upsell.
This is why I would only recommend true independents .

IMHO, not at all.  I've tried Nuru (with the "supposed" best) , Erotic & basic bodyrubs with a variety of massage providers.  I suppose when done correctly all are worthwhile but finding a good Erotic Massage Provider that does b2b is far more enjoyable AND affordable!  Getting an actual massage with some b2b takes more skill and effort on the providers part than simple body sliding but bodyslide costs more.  It's the latest fad so many ladies take advantage and charge premium rates. I know the gel used is expensive maybne that's how they justify? Dunno!

I've charged the same rate for over 13 yrs for it so I don't see how I'm asking too much.

If you choose an Indy that offers Nuru, it's usually a flat rate. Just like any other session. Though yes, you are right that some providers who offer "Tantra" do so solely to charge more. However, there are a lot of legit Tantra providers out there who do practice authentically and do not upcharge. Reading reviews can lead you in the right direction. But, it's your money.

To get it out of the system. I was very excited the first time I heard about nuru that I ordered the gel from Japan and took it to my tantric provider. It was fun initially then I began to feel cold and clammy.
