What is a milking table?

Is like a glory hole cut in a table where provider works from underneath.  There are several porn videos you might find in a search...  I suspect it might be better filming than actually doing since it limits contact.    

I'm going to make one out of my regular massage table. After looking online I am not impressed with the tables.
