House fee ONLY of $ seems high to me; .5 is low and .8 is normal. Fast forwarding, there are many places where 2.5 or 2.6 will get you covered FS and at least CBJ COB, and sometimes even BBBJ CIM. $$ will usually get you at least CBJ and FS. ALL OF THAT IS LOCATION DEPENDENT and my experience only. A lot of times, guys go for the BJ and, even if FS is available, it's bypassed. Did you pay too much? Down here in Texas paying a total of $200 will almost certainly get you FS, in fact many of the AMPS in the Houston area simply charge an "all inclusive" rate including TS, massage and FS for a fee of $160, tip optional, not mandatory.
At one of my favorite places in Dallas, it's a $60 house fee, my usual "tip" is $140 which brings the total to the same $200 the OP paid.
