I want to try MP again...  I'm concerned about heat in this setting...  I have nerve damage & can have serious trouble in a hot shower at home.  I don't want to get into a situation.

I am investigating MPs in my area...  It seems some do not have saunas...  at least not advertising it...  & would be the best places to start.
I went to a MP as a raw newbie...  was underwhelmed to say the least.  I suspect it's long gone now.  I've had FBSM providers on my short list for some time.  So I am thinking to revisit this venue.

I chose to decline the hot tub and get more time on the table. The MP was okay with it because it saved them water.

I am encouraged to go ahead.

The more one knows...  thinks through the options & has a decision in mind when a cross road is reached.

The Sauna is typically not very hot and you can ask the gal to adjust the water temperature on the table shower or shower to your liking
