mrF is a very generous man.... Nobody pays $350 at an AMP. There are a few places around the country where you might be paying $250 for FS, but in most places $200 covers it. For just a HJ, I would expect to pay the house fee ($40-$80 depending on region and length of appointment and $40-50. $100 total in most places.
There are scam locations in cities like Vegas that get $100 tips for HJs by preying on tourists who do not hobby regularly. Just as there are upsellers and bait and swtich artists getting $600-$800 for full service in Vegas hotel rooms. That does not change the fact that if you know what you are doing, you should not pay that much.
