Not only do you have to submit ID

To get authenticated you also have to send in a picture holding up a sign with "Eros and date" to get authenticated." You only have to show ID to get an ad up, but the legal department with Eros has to review your ID and pictures (non-blurred)  with sign to have you authenticated.
