It is not in a good location I would stick with escorts.  Baltimore county has a few better ones there are other places on the net that have more info on them.

I didn't avail of it. Saw Judy, an older Korean gal with a great rack. She was great. Good massage, lots of touching, plenty of ball play and a great tugger. Go to rubmaps for detailed info.

I've visited Kyoto on and off for several years and it's currently my preferred spa.  Nice shower but alas the shower table is gone.  Rubs are usually a bit better than avg on the back side, less so on the front.  The more experienced attendants are usually better.  Xtras are variable thing.  If they know you always treat your lady with respect and don't get grabby, good things can come your way.  Nice tips when well deserved don't hurt either.
