I have done some research on Moore Maryland here on TER and it does indeed become very revealing... Prior to changing her name to Moore Maryland, she was Peggy Phelps, prior to that, she apparently was Kim Love and Viona Vae. There might have been more aliases, but searching back to May 2013, these were the names that popped up on the various discussion boards here on TER.  

Those old discussions were very informative. Raginwoodie reported here that there have been 4 CASH and DASH incidents by MM, at least that many are discussed on the boards, but how many other times did she get away with it, either because the client was too embarrassed about being duped that he didn't post a review, or he did post a review and she either attacked him personally until he took it down, or she found a way to get TER to take it down? Peggy called me 4 hours early for our appt and said she was just hanging out Inner Harbor waiting and wanted to see if I could move it up. I felt bad so I suggested she come over now and we can get something to eat, I'll take care of what I need to do workwise after dinner and we can go out and have session from there. She said awesome, she'll be there in 15 min. After an hour and a half of some texts and calls about being lost, I received a call on the hotel phone. The operator said there was a woman on the phone that wanted to talk to me but didn't know my name..she said her name was Kim Love, and asked if I wanted it put through. She said her phone died and she was at wrong hotel etc and would be there in a few. Another 45 goes by and she actually shows up. We talk for a bit, take care of business which she was very happy with, and she said she was starving and wanted to go eat or go to a strip club. I said let's get a cab and go eat and when we went down to lobby, she wanted to eat in hotel so I said fine. We ordered drinks, appetizers, she excused herself for the bathroom and was gone.  
 
Unfortunately I foolishly was ripped off by Peggy who also goes by Viona and also may go by Kim Love (she said that' s who she was on the phone with). Guys, quite simply she is a thief. Stay away.

That posting started a huge firestorm of discussions which included multiple hobbyists and providers, including Peggy Phelps herself, who posted a very nasty note back to the initial poster.

Then, in May 2014, it really got interesting, as Peggy admitted publicly that she had indeed ripped off two guys who had accused her, but she was deeply apologetic, was under financial stress that caused her to do bad things, but she was turning over a new leaf, changing her name to Moore Maryland and would not only NEVER do anything like that again, she would make restitution to the two guys she had ripped off:

I'm never sure who to believe when these things happen.

if a provider started, provided a hj, and departed after some sort of excuse to leave the room... wtf.  Given all the uncertainties with safety already inherent to the business, why expose yourself to someone's ire? disappointing

IMO a "reviewer's" opinion is as credible as a rip off queens opinion.

If I saw Peggy and she provided me with a worth while service, I wouldn't care if she ripped off your Grandma. I have yet to see Peggy.

The best recommendation is don't base your judgement on a single negative review or reviewer, and don't base your judgement on just the provider's own advertising. The truth is usually somewhere in between. Research through multiple reviews and other sources, such as the TER boards will give you a more accurate view of the truth.

For example, isn't it interesting that the Moore Maryland profile lists 3 different email addresses, one for Moore Maryland, one for Peggy Phelps and one for Kim Love, especially since in October, 2013, a guy on the Maryland regional board accused Kim Love of actually being Peggy Phelps, and the following was posted in response to him, in public, by "Kim Love":

I do not know her nor have I ever met with her I don't know how you get a connection with her name in my name. Maybe she was just on here and pick a random name to you. That is extremely strong accusations to be making let alone posting on a discussion board without contacting me informing me that somebody out there is claiming to be me. I have reviews out that are excellent they have recently been issues. I will not be associated or compared to that piggy Phelps. I have read her reviews she seems like a nice person but I can assure you that is not me. I find it extremely unprofessional that you would go on here and assume and make accusations like that before even contacting me of a situation. HMMMMMMMMmmmmmm, I wonder how Kim Love's email address got on the Moore Maryland/Peggy Phelps profile since she doesn't know her and never met her???? I also wonder which reviews on the profile belong to Kim, which belong to Peggy and which belong to Moore Maryland?  
 
Well I just checked Moore Maryland's reviews and guess what?
 
In January and February 2013, her reviewers called her "Viona Vae".
From March 2013 until August 2013, reviewers called her "Peggy".
In September 2013, reviewers called her "Kim".
Then she disappeared with no reviews until April 2014, when reviewers started calling her "Moore Maryland".
 
But of course, Kim Love and Peggy Phelps never met each other, Kim Love swore to it and demanded an apology from the guy who made that claim. I wonder how Kim Love's reviews showed up on Moore Maryland's profile

I notice she no longer I on P411  Such a shame as she looks mighty fine

with all of the history, not worth it.

Multiple rip off reports on her. With so many great ladies in the DC VA MD area. why take the risk?

Are you serious??? She ripped me off and on principle, you should care. It's just not cool for the rest of us on both sides so don't enable the BS and don't imply several reputable guys are lying for no reason. It absolutely happened.

That is my statement. I never implied anyone was lying, nor do I condone bad behavior. Everyone here is an adult, I judge adults based upon their own behavior.

I am going to be nice here and say that your brain works in a strange and unusual way, Johny Boy.  This isn't the first instance that you have inadvertently gave the benefit of the doubt to our "Moore or much less Maryland".  

Keep up the good thoughts Johny Boy.  Nothing wrong with looking at it from all perspectives.  It shows a lot of empathy on your part for your willingness to walk in another's shoes.  Just make sure you don't turn your walkabout into a Moore Maryland marathon.
