I hope everybody has a great day with family and friends. I am thankful for good health, my family and friends. It's almost time for the Thanksgiving Day parade!! I enjoy watching that every year. One more thing....remember this day only happens once a year so enjoy all the good food today because you can exercise tomorrow......LOL!
