I don't get up there too often, but the Helmand is one of my longtime favorite restaurants.

Federal Hill Park is the obvious scenic place for taking pictures. The Fell's Point and Canton waterfronts might also be good to check out. Also Druid Hill Park, though that's a bit out of the way.

Scenic spots for pics .... Inner Harbor of course and maybe Washington Monument or Federal Hill Park .
