If you're in for some gorgeous surroundings and people watching, definitely Morning Call in City Park. Hey! Cafe is good if you're looking for more of a hip, college radio kinda vibe (also they sometimes have pretty wild live shows there). Hi-Volt is good if you're into vegan snacks & hipsters. My personal favorite is honestly Cafe Du Monde at about 2am. Plenty of drunk tourists with lots of ...interesting conversation to overhear.
