When browsing ads on Eros Los Angeles, I feel that a large percentage of the ads are either fake pictures or agency ads with fake pictures. The clearly real ads are easy to pick out. Those are the ones with a link to a website, twitter, instagram, etc., or the ones that have reviews on TER.  

What about the numerous ads that just have hot pics, basically no introduction in the profile and a phone number? Many seem too good to be true. If a provider has no reviews, is requesting Facetime verification, the only way to verify legitimacy? I’m convinced that “Eros VIP”, “Eros Verified”, etc., mean nothing in many cases. Girls like to throw out they are Eros verified but I have at least 5 experiences from Eros over the years that prove “verified” providers can use fake pics. One provider even said to me once, “there’s no way I would ever put my actual pictures online!”

What is a good process for verifying if a girl is legit when there are no ways to verify her online? I get it that ads with fake pics just take advantage of the fact that some guys will spend time with whoever comes to the door...

yeah Eros is flooded with fake ads.   mostly agencies.  some indys using stolen photos.    for the experienced hobbiest Eros has almost become worthless.   its too bad.    only sites i even somewhat trust are  thatmall ,  models world,  slixa and city-source.   and even those are beginning to get diluted.   its a true buyers beware out there.

if I’m skeptical about a provider and they are unwilling to facetime verify, I tell them if the girl who shows up isnt the girl in the pics I wont open the door, no exceptions.... Well if the girl looks super hot through my peep hole, maybe ill consider it. Lol!

I recall being on Eros way back when it was a huge part of this adult community. Now, it is what it is. Verified provider here. lol Smile 4 me!

I’ve found that city-source label of photos taken by them or verified by them in the profile is fairly reliable. Otherwise it is a buyer beware situation. It always has been in this hobby.

No gas money, no money of ANY kind that she can expect if she doesn't show up looking like her pics, or her opening her door in the case of an incall, it "can" cut down on the women trying to scam you with fake pics, assuming (wrongly) that you will go through with the appointment anyhow.

 
I don't know how many reviews I have read that started off with "She was not the girl in the pics, but I was already there so I decided to blah blah blah" and NEVER was the reviewer happy. What these guys don't realize is that they are doing us all a disservice by doing so. Rewarding bad behavior only confirms in the mind of these women that what they are doing will make them money. if EVERY guy would have the balls to turn around and walk, it wouldn't take long before these women would simply stop trying to scam us in this manner.

I’m ok with the buyer beware nature of this hobby. It’s all good until the girl with the fake pics goes rogue and tries to make a loud scene and spectacle at your condo complex in hopes of extorting you to pay her instead of facing shame and embarrassment from your neighbors who may overhear. This was a recent experience I had that has caused me to institute policy of not even opening the door if it’s not girl from the ad.

not always a guarantee ...  what agencies are now doing is getting their hottest girl .. taking her photo .. and then using it long after that girl has moved back to Russia , eastern europe, NYC  etc etc

As of 2 years ago I think , we had to start giving a real ID either DL or Passport .
And you have to update this once a year .
And if you don't show your face in photos you have to send in , the same outfit photo
with face showing to match your ID  and the photos you are using ,  
Now EROS has no way to prove if that's who will behind the door when you go visit that person  of if it's bait & switch ..  
VIP only means that she / I paid more for the ad for more photos .
