I just read a post where horndog7 mentions that he looked around for a cheater van before entering an incall.  does anyone know what a cheater van is?

I know it was staged but it was still something fun to watch at midnight.

I don't know what it is all about that is why I am asking

He goes to an Asian incall and looks around for "cheater vans" and when
he doesn't see any, he rushes in to the incall
I don't know what a cheater van is but maybe I should be watching out for them
before entering an incall.
Hopefully someone who knows will post what they are

I think is is joking and making a reference to the show.
