I am considering to move To south bay.... maybe Hermosa?? .. beach areas
 I be traveIIing    more to ItaLia   be easier to be  near L ax   Love    West Ia but I got enough..  LoL!!
Any suggestions ??
Is there any demand on that area??
I probabIy be losing some Good guys that come to visit   on vaLLey ... south bay be out the way ..  

The South Bay would definitely welcome you.   And there are many outstanding Italian restaurants in Manhattan Beach. Hermosa Beach. and El Segundo for us to share.    I welcome your move to the Sputj Bay.      

I saw more traveling guys here on business when I was closer to LAX; now closer to DTLA I get more locals. Both are fabulous, of course. And the South Bay is gorgeous (you'll also get clients from Culver City/Long Beach)- it's just a bit of a trek to get back up towards the city proper. Good luck with whatever you choose!

Hi, I don't know how much demand there is in the South Bay area, but I suspect it is there.  There is a minimal number of providers in the local area, at least from what I have seen.  Parking in Manhattan Beach and Hermosa Beach for guests can be tough if you are within a couple of blocks of the beach, especially during the summer and at night.  South Redondo Beach is cheaper, has more parking, and some good local restaurants as well, but an extra 10 minutes from LAX.  I live in the area - if you would like to PM me with any other questions please fell free to do so.

Would love to have you down here.  I moved here from the Westside 15+ years ago, wouldn't think of moving back.

The South Bay is better for us OC guys. The further south the better.

Manhattan Beach is very close to LAX.

Who else?  The Clash!!!

Carla, traffic around the south bay is generally ok, but heading north of LAX almost anytime or south/east into OC in the afternoon can be a pain.  Also PCH heading north through Hermosa Beach around 8 am is very bad.
