That's my tactic.  Read the reviews of the other Asian ladies that have used this phone number (one named "Tang" has been on yours.   You can pretty much assure yourself that it is not an LE situation in this case.  You can also get a sense if the agency has used bait photos in the past, etc.  Good luck.
