Having a conversation by text that goes on and on and on. Especially when there are questions and answers that beget more questions. At some point, I say just pick up the phone and have a Con-versation.
I must be a bitch lol but I get so annoyed by them.. as much as cell phones have improved our lives, they've also managed to make annoying people even more annoying.
I know it's a very important tool but people are exaggerating their use a LITTLE bit? Here are some examples: Driving all over the road sending texts . . . while in the fast lane !!! a big car Tailgating you while looking at their iPhone. That's scary shit !! Hiking on very a narrow road and blocking everyone by taking selfies Sitting on a gym machine doing nothing but looking at the phone and taking selfies Recording or taking pictures when u are on the stairmaster at the gym Pretending they are just looking at phone
Clients talking loud on the phone when coming to your incall so ALL The neighbors can hear ....
Bringing your iphone on bed just in CASE!!! Wife calls .... Once I had a guy on top of me... chatting with his wife telling her "I LOVE YOU HONEY" I was just looking at the ceiling laughing and thinking HE LOVES ME too!!!! And i can go on on ..... Love to hear from you Any I phone pet peeves? anyway people, laugh, life is short Posts showing a sense of humor are very welcome
Everywhere I turn people are always on their cell phones. In a restaurant, everyone is on their phones instead of talking to each other. Like you said, while driving and texting, so dangerous. Nobody don’t verbally talk anymore. Cell phone has gotten way out of control. Just my two cents. Lol.
This is so true. If the person is in front of you, why use your cellphone to talk to them. I get it if you wanna sex text them or send them a cute gif/pic but otherwise, put the thing down and talk to each other.
when out with a group of friends, one or two friends have to take photos of the group to post on FB. It's not like we don't hang out on a regular basis. It's usually my female friends who are photo taking and posting even when it's something low key like meeting up for a happy hour.
Another friend of mine runs a lifestyle blog and has to always check in when we go somewhere. And, it's not enough that she take photos of her food, but she'll ask me not to touch my food until she's taken a photo.
There is more cell phone use that irks me, but the two above came to mind first.
just before Christmas space x launched a rocket out of vandenburg afb and quite afew of our less than bright fellow citizens thought it was a missle from north korea....lol....and started takin cell phone pix....I told afew people that if and when the day comes and all out nuclear war happens a lot of americans will die holding their cell phones toward the sky....they even started takin pix in their car on the freeway during rush hour....which of course is never really rushing....lol...but still....lol...this will eventually de evolutionize human brains....lol...lol...its already begun....
Wowowowow.... my list could go on, and on, and on, and on....
That said, I do remember reading about a group of friends that came up with a great game/challenge....
When they go out for a meal, all the phones get placed in the center of the table, and the first one who picks up their phone.... also gets the DINNER CHECK!!!
The cloud is the Devil as well. Recently setting up a new computer it loaded photos I had deleted long ago, I'm so glad I wasn't at the Apple Store when doing so. I've also seen providers and hobbyists real identities on FB. I promptly blocked to keep my anonymity and to preserve theirs as well.
But on the subject of mobile phones.......Is there a app like Postmates for providers? Asking for a friend!
I totally agree. I leave my phone in the car when I go out to eat because my family deserves my attention. I do not have social media & what people do for a like is sad. No one enjoys the moment anymore. They have to take photos, video, and that takes away from living life.
