boy, i gotta say, when i read some of the other boards (and i won't mention the general discussion board by name), i am so grateful for the amount of good will and respect shown by everyone here on the los angeles board (and by extension, the oc and sd boards).

I agree with you, BigPeterJohnson! Seems our boards are more respectful than many others. There are a lot of really great guys that hobby in LA and tons of fun, lovely providers to go around. We are lucky indeed.  
On another note, I am looking forward to our much anticipated role-playing date!

I came to TER for good info. and some camaraderie, which you can't get, regarding the hobby, in one's personal life. It seems most of the GB participants are more interested in entertainment, mostly derived from personal drama. Drama, in my book, is always the same; just a periodic change of characters, every so often. I'm with you on the good nature of verbal intercourse here on our board. It's refreshing!

Those who were unfortunate enough to see the knife fight on the RO board know where I'm coming from.
