strangely enough, her shoulder banner matches the banners used in the Mrs. USA contest which doesn't have a "Mrs. Virgin Islands".  Nor does Mrs. World for that matter.  There's a Mrs. International, but they have completely different sashes.

So I'm curious where her Mrs. Virgin Islands, United States 2010 banner came from other than photo shop.
