Happy New Year Everyone! I hope you all had a fabulous night, and are well on your way already to making your 2013 dreams come true. I'm so excited about 2013, and all the wonderful things I will experience in my life.

Since I've moved to LA, my health has hit an ultimate high and healthy peak. Back East, because of humidity, I had to deal with Migraines, which sometimes interfered with my day to day energy levels. Because LA is a dry climate, I don't get migraines anymore! I'm so happy!!! So, coming from a girl who has a lot of spontaneity, ambition, confidence, love and zest for life, and is a bit of a dare-devil, I want to make up for lost time, and do as many exciting things as possible. Live life to its fullest, grab the bull by the horns and run with it, wild and free, laughing with the joy of being in excellent health and happiness.

A few things I think I want to try are Scuba Diving, Sky Diving, Sea Kayaking, swimming with dolphins, foraging, caving, Triathlon.... I'd love some new ideas! California is one of the healthiest states in the USA. What fun unique things can you recommend I try now that I'm in this wonderful healthy state and feeling better then ever before?

2013 is wide open, isn't it exciting to take the first step into our New Year, high hopes, ambitions, and determination to make our dreams come true. We can do it. Everything is possible when we dream and act on it. I wish all of you the best.

Why is it that when you said run with it wild and free. I envisioned you running naked on the beach - a la Baywatch style???

My suggestions for your list: Surfing, Boogie Boarding, Stand Up Paddle Boarding, Snow Boarding at Big Bear or Mammoth Mountain. Flying to Catalina Island on a Sea Plane, Hiking on Catalina Island. HNY

And speaking of sleeping...I just looked at your profile and realized I missed your move out here, FF. Wow...shame on me. Welcome, lovely lady...it's been a long time coming. So glad to hear it is agreeing with you.

I owe you a meeting this year.

I made a lot of genuinely awesome memories during my time in northern California.  There is a TON of beauty to behold up there... I love camping and there are a million great places I could recommend.   Also, there is a lot of great white water rafting in northern California, as well as different types of cool "river rafting trips."  I've done such excursions mostly at hidden spots along SR 299, and there are definitely tons of guided rafting companies to choose from if this interests You!

And 'tho my arms won't reach all the way around it, I'm going to hug those mighty trees. White Water Rafting sounds fun. I did it once when I was a child and fell out. But I think its worth trying again. Sea Kayaking would be fun too

I love going to nude beaches. Any around here? This weather is not cold to me. I would love to be running naked on the beach :-)

Flying to the Island on a sea plane sounds so dreamy! I love hiking! That is definitely now on my agenda. Thankyou
