At the risk of seeming like I'm sneaking in an ad, I'm going to ask for some "clue" to navigating the Erotic Forums of your lovely city.

I'm visiting next week, and accustomed to having several sessions pre-booked before I arrive in a new city, but I've had very little response from my ads on Eros, BP and [moderated] (just today).  I'm very well reviewed, and established on the national boards. What gives?

Am I missing something? Is there a special Cali code that I haven't been given?

I'm sure the culture is different out West than what I'm used to in the South, so any advice or guidance would be really appreciated!

Although there are valid providers on EROS and BP, seems to be a high number of scams.  Cityvibe is the one I use here and I think many do.  Including a link in the Cityvibe ad to your TER profile helps. I tend to skip ones without the link, assume there are no reviews.  Then of course you also have the regional ad board here at TER.  The only problem with Cityvibe from a providers standpoint is there are A LOT of ads.  

In some places eros is the place to be and cityvibe is crap. In other places eros is crap and cityvibe is the preferred advertising spot. Backpage can be a good spot in some regions of the country, and a total cesspool in others.

But yes for LA, use cityvibe, and the TER ad board, and there are one or more other sites which can't be mentioned on TER, but might be helpful. Someone might pm you if you don't already know about them.

Also if you are on P411 or date-check, use them for advertising too!

In the south, I'm a big fish in a very small pond. Being educated and professional is a HUGE deal here. I'm typically booked up before I arrive in Nashville or Birmingham at $300 for 90 mins with no FS because the clients there are dying for more sophisticated providers.

LA is teeming with woman who are just as sophisticated as I am. The competition is huge in LA.
I'll be back every couple of months, but honestly, I like to work a little less hard. lol.

I did not think of THATMALL before, good call.  There is a whole section for that there so that might be a reasonable option.  Just realize it is more of a nitch site, smaller, with fewer visitors.  But the owner seems to do a good job checking out ads that go there.  I don't use THATMALL much though because of its limited size.  With cityvibe I mostly skip the ads that don't have a link to reviews and I filter out a lot of the junk that way.

City Source is where its at. Based on my own experience and many other guys that I've talked to, it's the most legit escort site in Cali. The girls are more high end also compared to the other "Walmart" style sites!

Just because a lady may not have reviews doesn't mean she isn't legit!! Stop with the crap..I'm so sick of you men,males and jerks putting down Escorts/Callgirls who don't want their information out their publicly. First of all there are thousands of escorts/callgirls who have a no review policy! Do you idiots review your Dope dealer's,cops,jugdes,etc. I don't feel that every a-hole needs to know how many clients I have slept with. Besides I have seen many men on here and [moderated]..state that they couldn't sleep with any callgirl who has had "S&x" with over 50 to 150 men! As long as she has a website,reputation intact and references or not! Give a lady a break...if these websites were forced to shut down. Then you butt heads would go back to crawling to the Yellow pages...

The problem is being able to easily recognize legit providers without reviews.  Perhaps you can disguise yourself as a man sometime and see how it often works well seeing a provider without reviews.  If a hobbyist is picking unreviewed providers only because he is concerned they might have been with over 50 men I guess I don't see how he can take the unreviewed providers word that she only sees him, or lets say 10 guys for fun.  That would be very naive on his part.  If there sites were shut down probably the only change for me is I would probably hobby less and stick with a smaller number of providers.

Reviews do make an effective quick filter tool for guys that want to greatly reduce their risk of a rip off.

Even with a "no review policy" some providers still get reviews because there are still hobbyists that do not and will not respect that request or policy. However I think there are discrete and perfect gentlemen that after doing their own "due dilegence" to their own satisfaction and criteria will still see a "unreviewed provider" or courtesan. Many have personal websites but do not have "reviews" per say.

and as such, is prime marketing territory for scams, robs, rip-offs, pimps, hustlers, home invaders, strong-arm robbery and other less than pleasurable encounters.  

Everyone respects a lady with a "no-review" policy, but I'm sure you will appreicate that many of us have a "no un-reviewed" policy with regards to booking.

And if the review sites shut down tomorrow, I suppose us buttheads would simply wait the week for the 10 NEW review sites to emerge from the swirling vapor.

And without the other websites, I suppose us idiots would have a hard time checking a provider's references - so in a way love is a two way street, no ?
