When I contact a reference, I want to know if you are clean and showered, respectful, and would they see you again.  

When I respond to references, my response is different depending on who the gentleman is. Sometimes my response is on the lines of "He is a great guy. Great kisser, or great to talk to." Sometimes it is more on the lines of "He is clean and respectful."  Sometimes it is "he loves to have his neck kissed," or "he likes you to be on top" so I can try to help them both skip past the part where you try to figure each other out."

It is very much like the real world of dating. Everyone has their own strengths and every one of you are enjoyable for different reasons. I like to let the other providers know what I like most about the men I like the most.
