I was married for 52 years and we enjoyed oral sex very much up until a couple of years before she died. I could probably write a book on where, when, and how we enjoyed oral sex.

I'm not a good example as I'm not married. But I've been with the GF for 5+ years and I can tell you that yes the sex and BJ's get less frequent.

Most of my prior GF's liked sucking cock and a few prided themselves on thier BJ's and getting 3-5 a week was common.  But most of these relationships though lasted 3-8 months when you're in the 'honeymoon' phase of a relationship and invariably you're going to be at your most frequently sexually active anyway.
