I think you'd be ok hosting anywhere in the Valley. Personally, I believe that with our freeway system if the lady has great reviews and the donation matches the budget a guy is willing to drive a longer distance than hobbiests in other cities.
I will be in the SF Valley today but closer to Woodland Hills, and find the hobbyists delightful!
