For those of you who tip kgirls in LA/OC, how much do you tip them?    And is this every time, or just every now and then?

I didn't post on the kgirl board - didn't even know there was a kgirl board.  I didn't realize my thread had been moved to the kgirl board, just thought I didn't post it and redid it.
