Just saw this post and wanted to let everyone know that the rate raise is permanent as I'm semi-retired now. But this post has sparked an idea, since I'm moving from my Hollywood studio to a fabulous new home I'd like to extend an offer for more affordable incall appointments over the next couple of weeks. This will be my final farewell to the TER community as I will only be seeing already established friends after my move -now is your chance!

I heard from another reviewer said she's not grandfathering her old starting rate of 500.  Not sure if that's true, but that's a bummer for him.

If it's for one woman for one hour, it's too much for me. For less than 2k, I've had as many as three women for two hours (a special arrangement) and several regular threesomes, generally for much less than 2k, usually less than 1k. For one-on-one encounters, I can't imagine spending even 1k, much less 2k.

Having said that, it's a free market. Anyone can charge whatever they want and there likely will be men who will pay. Sometimes a very high rate will create a demand that wouldn't otherwise exist. And if the provider is semi-retired anyway, why should she care if she has priced herself well above the market for average (or even high-paying) TER members? More power to her and I wish her success.

There is a market at every price point.  Just because you can't or won't pay that much doesn't mean someone won't.  Its disappointing to hear sugar daddy comments.  Believe it or not there are several of us that are working towards greater goals be it professionally, educationally, etc.  In many cases, we leave because its just that time in life.

Good for you Blair!  Congrats to move to the next level.
