That's the first cuecard presentation I've seen where a raging erection was the end result.

For example, will it be taken down in over a week or under a week.  

I'm not a gambler, so I may not define this exactly right, but usually there's a betting line set, then the gambler decides whether he/she wants to bet whether the outcome  will be over or under that amount.  So it's referred to as taking the over or the under.
