This seem happen often to some top providers. That review I read seems genuine and the hobbyist is legit with whitelist at least. So am I the only one who question the authority of TER?

PM the reviewer?
Fake Reviews are usually  pulled at the request of the provider, unless some creep reviewed her twice using different handles...
Or, she wrote her own review.  That will get a girl delisted.

Correct. I had a recent review by a user and I PMed them mentioning I didn't think we had met and contacted TER. They said to wait and if they did not log in or reply within X days they would pull the review pending a reply from the reviewer if one came disputing my complaint. The user did not log in within the set time so the review was removed and is on hold should they dispute my concern we did not meet.
