1.  If you are a hobbyist and have less than 20 reviews, don't bother asking (Mr. No reviews  police Officer)

2. Guys in LA and OC - do not answer these posts. What are you gonna do, have a beer with the guy? No.

you can have access to tons of reviews and do some research and find a gem.

This is sorta the standard format of the 1st email inquiry that normal men send me.
I think he's simply taking advantage of his TER membership.

Well, I guess I'm an idiot on a couple of fronts.  First, I misspelled the name of the Greek philosopher when I signed on.  Its Epictetus, not "Epicterus".  Second, I naively created the wrong impression with my naive (yet well-intentioned) inquiry.  I am very new to this and so I apologize.  Thanks for the tough love education.   I will now buy a proverbial rod and reel and learn to fish.  E
