Tell her how you feel! Of course you wouldn't want to scare her, but the reality is, most things fail without proper communication. You never know, the feelings may be mutual

She knows how I feel and hopefully my actions have been consistent with how I feel.

At the same I know she is extremely busy and trying to help so many people and be the hero in their lives. Being sleepless and waiting are the least I could do, so I would just take a back seat, chill, and wait for the right moment/timing, so our dates would be more properly planned and sure to be enjoyable.
