yeah I get that, but isn't the point of the references to clear your name? also cash isn't so much an option

Just recently I have had probably one of the worst, if not nightmarish experiences with an agency called le vips collection. I found them through a friend who had tried them who visits recommended to me this sp they had, and I myself verified that there was such an agency through TER actually. I called several times but almost always no one would answer. Sometimes I would leave a voicemail and I would get called back, but sometimes at odd hours during the day or when I would be around people, I almost never answered or I'd say I'd have to call back later. There's no way I could just answer that kind of phone call anywhere I had a lot of phone tag before, but finally the operator and I actually engaged enough on a given day and I had enough resources to make something happen..  
   
 This must have bothered the operator because she did note that her system showed that I had been calling quite a bit. She didn't seem mad about it at the time though. I told her my specifications as to what I wanted and we made some arrangements, also that I could only pay with credit. I thought there were a 1 or 2 people working the phones as I had experienced before with another place but its actually just one lady named Andrea. Everything seemed fine until she called my 2 references.  
   
  At this point she become very testy with me, almost hostile. She called me back after trying to call them and was irate with me on the phone that none of them would answer. Her number is blocked, as it showed on my phone, and I told her they probably didn't answer because her number is blocked. I asked her if she could unblock while calling them but she refused. So I talked to my references and I know one of them came through for sure and the other one was very upset after talking to Andrea, she said to me in a text, I quote "She really needs to brush up on her communication skills and not sound like such a *****".  
   
 So then once I was verified, I told her I had a long drive to LA in order to meet the sp, and needed a incall and to accept credit card. Dealing with her on the phone was really uncomfortable, like I was doing her a disservice because she was talking to me so rudely. Finally the SP calls me and we made the arrangements. I drive all the way to Hollywood, through rushhour. Near west Hollywood, in rush hour, it is sooo congested and chaotic. Its so difficult to move through or make a turn anywhere. My phone died since it was almost near the end of the day, and I was a little late getting to the meet spot. The sp wasn't there so I went and got a charger from t mobile and called her. I told her I was there but she didn't have a credit card swipe so we couldn't meet, I was so mad. Then when I get home, I called and told andrea what happen and shes claiming that I ditched the appointment and I have to pay $150 service fee! well I met at the hotel, and if shes not there, then what am I paying for? Also I had to pay for at least 100 miles worth of gas, not to mention having to deal with a bully and driving thru so much traffic. Well after that Andrea got really mad and then pretty much hung up on me because I said I didn’t think it was fair to have put the blame on me, the sp couldn’t take credit card anyway.  
   
 After all this, I found out Andrea put my name on the internet on the national escort blacklist. Oh great, now shes trying to defame me too. Is this how you treat your customers, your clients? Well this agency can just shove it, because I am just appalled on how they treat their people. Also since then I called back Andrea and told her it wasn’t right that she’s doing this, and she basically made it clear that I either pay the $150 or she won’t remove my name. She put my FULL name on google, because she feels that I wronged her. And her reasoning? on the site, under the description column it says “Client called xx times in one day” That is so ridiculous. So shes not even using the escort blacklist website to actually warn other sp’s, she’s just using it against me for malice and extortion. When I called her, she threatened me no to call anymore or her attorney would be contacting me. And then she sent me another email threatening me with an attorney because I said I would do whatever it takes legally to have my name taken off. So she takes that as a threat? I really don’t understand this woman, I have never dealt with someone so suddenly bitter straight off the bat. Im afraid to go apply for a job or to hang around people, in case they want to google my name.  
   
 The only way I could communicate with her is by phone, and that’s only when she answers. She never responded to any of my emails, and the only way I could email her is through the agencies’ website through a form in the browser. Her official reason for punishing me is because I called too many times in one day, but she wants me to pay for her sp’s time and money spent? on what? hotel, or taxi? the taxi I can believe, but I refuse to believe that she got a hotel because she wasn’t even there when I called her. Is that worth throwing your customer under a bus for? to try to destroy his name? Whatever you do, I really caution you dealing with this agency. She will not hesitate to throw your name on the internet and slander your name if you piss her off. I really don't know what to do and am frustrated. Can anyone suggest anything?

. Agencies SUCK !! No 2 ways about it. They asks for the world of information on you and you dont know where that information goes to in the end .

You probably belong on the blacklist as an incredible time waster.  You called what appears to be at least a dozen times and then when they return your call you can't talk.  Have you ever heard of  e-mail?   It makes it very difficult for other people to listen in on conversations  You are apparantly too impatient and lazy to try that.  
   
 Then you leave late from wherever it is you were that is 100 miles away, not accounting for L.A. traffic?  How long have you lived here?  What were you thinking?  Star Trek transporter?  You are of course late for the appointment.  Another stupid mistake and a waste of their time.  
   
 You leave with your phone not charged up knowing you are going to need it to make contact upon arrival?  You don't have  a phone charger in your car?  Another moronic move.  Then you leave her hanging while you search out a T-moble to buy a charger?  How long did that take before your phone was usable, another 45 minutes to an hour?  Yeah at that point you were a NCNS, no argument about it. You owe the money.  
   
 And this whole business about using a credit card is so retarded I don't even  know where to begin with that.  All I can say is that most ladies won't use a cube on their phone because it is very incriminating.  You probably haven't figured out that the slot the ladies have on their bodies isn't for credit cards.  
   
 I don't think you are completely to blame, though.  Andrea should have simply told you no thanks, we don't want your cheap dumbass as a customer and we can't do credit cards.  But she pparently went above and beyond  a normal effort for a booking and tried to help you out.  And then you totally fuck it up.  She should have seen that coming.   Blacklisting is harsh, but I can certainly understand why she'd be infuriated with you.  
   
 I would normally say you and Le Vip should be reasonable and split the difference, but that is very hard after you come here and complain about your own stupidity and try to convince us  that Le Vip is a big evil sham.  Dude, hundreds of people use them with zero issues. You should have understood your part in this, manned up and taken responsbility for your total ineptitude in the adventure.  
   
 A little something about the National Blacklist site if that is where she reported you.  They will not remove a report, even at the request of the reporter, unless you get a court order.  That will cost you $5,000 to $10,000 in legal fees and you get to go to a judge and explain why you're on the NBL in the first place.  Boy I'd love to be a fly on the wall for that conversation.  $150 doesn't sound too bad, eh?  
   
 To sum it all up, its probably a blessing in disguise you've been blacklisted, because this absolutely is not the place for you to be.  This is an adult activity and you clearly don't have the intellect and maturity to be involved.  Your comment that you are afraid to look for a job or hang out with people tells it all.  
   
 And for christ's sakes, don't PM me for further advice.

Sorry Goldie, not even close.  Never even used their services, although I have seen a girl or two on the roster independently back in the day.  Just calling it like I see it.  It would of course be nice to hear from the other side of the story.  Perhaps I would change my views, but somehow I doubt it.  
   
 How would you feel about this situation if it is was you waiting in a hotel room tapping your foot for this inept moron after his admitted dozens of calls, etc, etc, etc.?   Would you perhaps feel that excuses are like assholes, everybody has one?    
   
 The OP's clueless wall of text  explanations sounds more like a guy who thinks if he keeps on talking while they put the rope around his neck,  they won't drop the trap door.  Well the trap door dropped.  Like I said this is an adult game and if you don't have your shit wired tight, there are consequences.  This dude learned the hard way that this game is not the Home Shopping Network.  Just road kill along the highway of love; too bad, so sad.  I really was trying to help, but you can't teach a pig to sing...
