Just recently I have had probably one of the worst, if not nightmarish experiences with an agency called le vips collection. I found them through a friend who had tried them who visits recommended to me this sp they had, and I myself verified that there was such an agency through TER actually. I called several times but almost always no one would answer. Sometimes I would leave a voicemail and I would get called back, but sometimes at odd hours during the day or when I would be around people, I almost never answered or I'd say I'd have to call back later. There's no way I could just answer that kind of phone call anywhere I had a lot of phone tag before, but finally the operator and I actually engaged enough on a given day and I had enough resources to make something happen..
This must have bothered the operator because she did note that her system showed that I had been calling quite a bit. She didn't seem mad about it at the time though. I told her my specifications as to what I wanted and we made some arrangements, also that I could only pay with credit. I thought there were a 1 or 2 people working the phones as I had experienced before with another place but its actually just one lady named Andrea. Everything seemed fine until she called my 2 references.
At this point she become very testy with me, almost hostile. She called me back after trying to call them and was irate with me on the phone that none of them would answer. Her number is blocked, as it showed on my phone, and I told her they probably didn't answer because her number is blocked. I asked her if she could unblock while calling them but she refused. So I talked to my references and I know one of them came through for sure and the other one was very upset after talking to Andrea, she said to me in a text, I quote "She really needs to brush up on her communication skills and not sound like such a *****".
So then once I was verified, I told her I had a long drive to LA in order to meet the sp, and needed a incall and to accept credit card. Dealing with her on the phone was really uncomfortable, like I was doing her a disservice because she was talking to me so rudely. Finally the SP calls me and we made the arrangements. I drive all the way to Hollywood, through rushhour. Near west Hollywood, in rush hour, it is sooo congested and chaotic. Its so difficult to move through or make a turn anywhere. My phone died since it was almost near the end of the day, and I was a little late getting to the meet spot. The sp wasn't there so I went and got a charger from t mobile and called her. I told her I was there but she didn't have a credit card swipe so we couldn't meet, I was so mad. Then when I get home, I called and told andrea what happen and shes claiming that I ditched the appointment and I have to pay $150 service fee! well I met at the hotel, and if shes not there, then what am I paying for? Also I had to pay for at least 100 miles worth of gas, not to mention having to deal with a bully and driving thru so much traffic. Well after that Andrea got really mad and then pretty much hung up on me because I said I didn’t think it was fair to have put the blame on me, the sp couldn’t take credit card anyway.
After all this, I found out Andrea put my name on the internet on the national escort blacklist. Oh great, now shes trying to defame me too. Is this how you treat your customers, your clients? Well this agency can just shove it, because I am just appalled on how they treat their people. Also since then I called back Andrea and told her it wasn’t right that she’s doing this, and she basically made it clear that I either pay the $150 or she won’t remove my name. She put my FULL name on google, because she feels that I wronged her. And her reasoning? on the site, under the description column it says “Client called xx times in one day” That is so ridiculous. So shes not even using the escort blacklist website to actually warn other sp’s, she’s just using it against me for malice and extortion. When I called her, she threatened me no to call anymore or her attorney would be contacting me. And then she sent me another email threatening me with an attorney because I said I would do whatever it takes legally to have my name taken off. So she takes that as a threat? I really don’t understand this woman, I have never dealt with someone so suddenly bitter straight off the bat. Im afraid to go apply for a job or to hang around people, in case they want to google my name.
The only way I could communicate with her is by phone, and that’s only when she answers. She never responded to any of my emails, and the only way I could email her is through the agencies’ website through a form in the browser. Her official reason for punishing me is because I called too many times in one day, but she wants me to pay for her sp’s time and money spent? on what? hotel, or taxi? the taxi I can believe, but I refuse to believe that she got a hotel because she wasn’t even there when I called her. Is that worth throwing your customer under a bus for? to try to destroy his name? Whatever you do, I really caution you dealing with this agency. She will not hesitate to throw your name on the internet and slander your name if you piss her off. I really don't know what to do and am frustrated. Can anyone suggest anything?

Well, if cash is an issue, maybe this is the wrong activity for you. Just sayin. Much better ways to go into debt than this.

I would pay the money and request to have this thread deleted. You are creating more issues for yourself.
It seems like you made several mistakes though. If you have to use a credit card, should you really be doing this? The same people screened me, but I knew who I wanted to see. I never had to release my name, nor would I have. I sent a P411 request to book the appointment. It was rather painless. Heck, I rarely call anybody, unless that is their preferred contact method. Once the booker was irritated, you should have looked elsewhere. Sorry for your problems but it is best to come up with a peaceful solution versus tarnishing either party's name. Good Luck.
I had been communicating with an out of town lady who for awhile and told me she will be visiting LA.
Out of the blue, she was in LA and asked if I wanted to to meet, which I said yes. Instead of setting it up, she told me I needed to screen and I would need to talk to this agency. So I did.
I sent an email to them and got a reply from one person. I responded and got another reply from someone else. I replied again and got the first person. Every reply was a different. So I got fed up and ending my conversation with them. I told the provider what happened and she offered to do a traditional screening with me, but I told her to forget about it.
there is only one agency i would use from now on but I prefer to deal directly (no assistant either) with a provider to set something up.

Thanks for the tip though cause I was actually going to use them but now I will never use them and hopefully everyone will blackball there agency . Agencies SUCK !! No 2 ways about it. Your only dealing with one person ! If you did your homework AND THE PROVIDER is legit! With a agency you dont know how many people at the company your dealing with and if the agency goes down your name will be on the information. Agencies also do a big time touch up job on all there pictures because they want buisness.

The fact that you are late isn't good..........you are wasting someone's time. You have failed to tell us how late that you actually were. The fact that you are the only person on the planet that has no phone charger sounds a little suspicious.
But, what really makes matters worse is that you waited until you got back home (100 miles away) to call the service back.
At this point it clearly appears to the service (as it would me) that you just never showed up at all.
You are clearly in the wrong (even if it were by accident of traffic, a dead phone, and no phone charger). The fact is that someone lost money on a hotel, transportation, and potential business loss after spending 2hrs getting ready to see you.
I think that the 150. is more than a fair request. And, for you to bitch about that and slander their name here on this board for your mistake isnt at all right.

There are 2 in depth reports on both nationalblacklist.com and verifyhim.com FOR A REASON! In the entire time I've worked in this industry, we have utilized these sites to blacklist a guy a total of 5 times (thank god not more). I'm sorry I cannot call these "guys," gentlemen, because they are not. First report was made on May 30th, second report was made on June 14th. Hmmm... see the difference in time span? But he's really genuinely cares for the provider, right? Total BS.
Read below, apologies for the extremely long post everyone, I'm just sick of this crap.
He reserved an appointment with an 18 year old provider who will remain un-named. Set appointment in early afternoon, about 1pm for a 5:30pm reservation. WAS TOLD the provider didn't have a location and had a acquire one. Did not call LVC until 8:32pm (I have a record of this). That is 3 HOURS after the reservation passed to give me a sob story of BS. I am the providers personal assistant, not yours. I am here to help with screening and make sure guys like you don't slip through the cracks of unsuspecting innocent young girls. Not to mention, you are far exaggerating, as you only drove 40 miles, but I guess 100 sounds better when your trying to get people you've never even conversed with to take the side of a stranger.
He said he was using cash. NOT credit card. If he would have wanted to pay by credit, he would have had to do the following BEFORE the appointment:

We asked him to pay a cancellation, he declined. So we blacklisted him. The cancellation does not even cover the amount of that was spent to procure an incall location. It clearly states a cancellation fee ALL OVER our website, models page, FAQ, Schedule, etc AS WELL AS in the signature of our emails.
His "reference" gave me an attitude when I asked her to confirm the phone number of this guy, not just go by the name and tell me he's ok. Excuse me for doing my job and making sure that the phone numbers matched. I really could care less if she thought I was a b*tch, I'm doing what I'm supposed to do. If she has a problem with giving a reference properly, perhaps she should not be in this business.
