Hayden Winters is advertising on the Eros LA website but not on TER, and not through the major agencies as far as I'm able to tell.  A Google image search of the ad turns up inconclusive information —as do searches for photos and ads for providers of whose legitimacy I am certain.

I will appreciate specific intel here, not opinion.

...You can check with the agency to see if they were really repping her at that time and what they know about her current status.

Another possibility - maybe someone is just using her photos.
