I'm usually not particular. Whatever makes you feel most comfortable works for me.

Some of the most memorable greetings have been the most casual. Cutoffs and a tank top was memorable as was a pair of jeans with lots of holes and skin exposed.

To me, it seems more like a date with a gf than a p4p meeting if she is dressed in street clothes as opposed to some kind of lingerie outfit.  Sexy underwear underneath is very nice too.

Jeans, shorts, or a skirt, (especially a denim mini skirt) with a t shirt, tank top, or simple top.
flip flops, sneakers, sandals or cowboy boots.
I have simple taste. Girl next door, common every day street clothes. Nothing fancy.
No heels, stockings or garters. No fancy lingerie.
Easily removable too. I want you naked head to toe pretty quick. Hence the sun dress with no undies being my number one favorite. lol

I definitely prefer casual attire - jeans, tank top and flip flops. Sexy underwear underneath is a nice treat, but not required. I have met most of the girls I see at a meet and greet or some sort of other gathering and therefore I have already made a connection with her.  It's usually a combination of her natural beauty and personality that get my blood flowing so by the time we get to a more intimate setting there isn't much that she could wear that would make the experience any more special. At that point, it is all about our time together. With that said, please don't think I do not appreciate any effort she might make to wear something special. After all, sometimes she might wear something sexy for her own benefit. And if wearing something sexy turns her on or makes her feel special then I'm totally on board.

I love seeing ladies in sexy lingerie.  

Silk or stain. Corset, baby dolls or garter belts and you can not forget the silky stockings.  

Call me a sucker for ladies that remind me of the 80's Playboy Centerfolds.

I, too asked this question a few months ago and was honestly surprised by how many men prefer a more casual dress code. For me, I have decided what works best for me is to kind of mix it up a bit. Sometimes I will wear a sexy dress and heels, and sometimes I will wear some great fitting jeans and knee high boots with a nice top. My wardrobe also depends somewhat on the time of day or night i am seeing someone. I don't neccesarily wear the same thing at 10 AM as I would at 10 PM. If I am seeing a regular it's fun to mix it up and give them something new each time. That being said, no matter what is on the outside, underneath is always sexy lingerie, no ifs, and or buts about that. Ok maybe a butt!!! ))
And I agree, Lela looks super hot in the pink jeans!!

In my experience people very rarely request for me to wear skimpy attire.  Recently a gentlemen requested "those sexy pink jeans" from my ad, and I have another friend who prefers that I wear long maxi dresses with no panties... hehe!

My mood can vary from experience to experience, but on the whole I prefer to see a woman as I might encounter her at the mall or in some other casual setting. Maybe it's the fantasy that she is the girl next door and I'm about to get lucky, I don't know. But I'd usually prefer to be greeted by a woman in jeans and a comfortable blouse (or even a t-shirt) than in sexy lingerie alone (although that can be exciting too). I also really enjoy when we are both dressed professionally, me in a suit and her in comparable business attire. Which brings me to my conference room fantasy, but that's another story.... (although my partners are out this week and my conference room is looking very enticing!).

If the door opened and you were standing there, that'd be good enough for me!

I have yet to experience this with an actual provider because I've never actually thought to ask, but I always loved it when my exes would dress casual and once I got them out of those clothes I'd discover they were wearing amazing lengire/underwear. Then again, me being the oaf that I am would always unhook the bra before I actually got to see it haha

If out in public, something that is both elegant, simple, yet fitting to accentuate her curves would be great--i.e. a blouse that exposes just enough of the bosom, a knee-high skirt that is tight-enough to make out her curves, etc.

If in the bedroom, just a choker and an ankle bracelet will do just fine.
