I am looking for a location to do day time and mid day massages.   I am torn between Mid-city Wilshire/Fairfax,   Dowtown LA,  Beverly Hills,   and Hollywood.  Any advice would be appreciated.....

look that has the area where your customers can park.
Plus, Mid-City Wilshire/Fairfax area can be hella carzy during peak traffic times

...Wilshire/Fairfax has subway construction.  Hollywood also has parking issues so I'd say BH/WLA.

Parking and traffic are really important. Hollywood and Downtown are awful.  Wiltshire or WLA are the bes

Not only parking,but traffic patterns during your working hours. If congestion makes it difficult for clients to arrive on time,not too good.

From past experience, I wouldn't live downtown. Yes, apartments are not as expensive downtown (which lured me in to the area) but convenience is important to everyone, especially in massage. Plus there is constant police sirens as well, routine lapd visits to the larger apartment buildings, and police chases . It's not a nice location to provide in no matter how upscale the new buildings in Downtown LA are. The Beverly Hills area or West Hollywood is best. One thing I have learned, the nicer the apartment building or hotel is, the more I can get away with . If I could go back in time, I would have selected one of these two areas.
