Question i sent a request to an agency and the replied back that i need to send them a picture of my paystub  and cdl🤔🤔🤔

I think that is too much personal information to be out there. I personally would not do it.

Now that's just stupid. You should be able to do employment verification without a pay stub. Business card, work ID, phone number, or LinkedIn all are possible ways.
