Question for the providers, when someone contacts you and state that their race/nationality says "pacific islander" do you automatically imagine big Samoan football player and ignore them? I'm starting to wonder why I'm not getting any replies when contacting a provider on P411. I'm courteous and respectful in my emails and have references but requests go unanswered and I'm beginning to think "Pacific Islander" possibly has a stigma of overweight (even though I am quite the opposite and am very slim). Thoughts?

I have had some issues with P411 over the last several months. I have many OKs from some top tier providers. Then once in a while i will request and appointment and not get a response. One time I went to the providers website and emailed her direct. She was surprised because she never got the request, even though it was confirmed sent on my side of the portal.   I think what my happen is the notice that P411 sends the provider goes to their spam mail and she never new a request was made.  Once discovered weeks or months later she is too embarrassed to make contact.  This has only happened to me a few times most of the time the P411 providers get back to me right away.   Just a thought.

You might want to try another site and see if you get the same results.

I like P411 and have had pretty good luck there. Now I am 5'8 or 9. The one thing I notice about P411 is the Providers don't always check it right away. Kind of funny, but the one Provider that never got back to me was a Pacific Islander. When you view their site it will show when the last time a provider logged into the site. So I P411 and visit the website or call/txt. Good luck.

That might be the issue. If you have zero okays you may not get a reply (which is unprofessional and rude, but hey, it can help YOU filter who is quality and who is not).

I have 2 "ok"s on there so it shouldn't be a problem.... Just as a precaution, I've since edited my profile on there and included my weight, and height. Thanks everybody for your feedback.
