Help going independent (for the ladies)

I'm ready to make the transition into a true indy (at least in a few choice cities) and being that I'm not the most tech savvy gal...I need help. I know generally what this entails but rather than trial and error my way through the next few months I thought it best to just ask a real pro for help (no pun

Setting up a beautiful website, the ins and outs of getting and implementing verification. Mastering advanced booking (I don't work in LA...I live in LA so for touring purposes) and all the little jewels and "watch out for's" that come with experience.

What will you gain? An awesome person as a girlfriend Who couldn't use an awesome person as a friend? Esp one in this industry? Also good old green because although I am asking as in the spirit of sisters helping sisters I value your time. I'll bake cookies, or make martinis, or make martinis that taste like cookies?  

If you live or happen to be here in central LA and are willing to...(well prob swing by my home because it would be bad to do these things at starbucks) please let me know.
