it is always a temptation but I don't think the vast majority would permit it. You can always  ask but you donate for their time and  not to use them as models posing for pictures/video they will  have no control over and may end up online  haunting her for the rest of their life.

Could not agree more on the consent issue.  If the provider is agreeable on whatever terms and understands what might be done with the video or photos, then I don't see a problem.  However, playing James Bond and recording a session without consent is worse, in my view, than theft.  We recently saw the consequences of undercover recording in the college campus context where that gay fellow killed himself, when he learned that a secret recording was passed around.  And I think I recall that secret recordings were actually commercialized in Japan, leading to the suicides of several providers (and while culturally distinct, the K-girls might react in the same fashion).  Voluntary video trophies are one thing, threatening another's self respect and possibly life quite another.  Get consent or don't do it.

It's a matter of individual choice by the provider but I don't think it's a wise idea.  There are porn star providers who are already "out there" so it really doesn't matter with them, since everyone knows what they already do.   I personally have videos with some porn/ex-porn providers, shot with their consent, for my personal viewing.  

The problem will arise if a girl who wants to remain anonymous allows a video, and that hobbyist shares that video with other people.  Even if you "trust" those guys, one slip and it's out there.  Then it's an open door to that video being leaked out on the internet.  There's been a few cases of Asian stars and other girls who had videos leaked out, and there have been suicides.  It's great shame for the Asian cultures to be "outed" like this.  

If a provider allows for video, you MUST keep it to yourself.  Once it's out the door it could be the catalyst to a very tragic event.  

As far as K-girls it is not an option.  It's obvious they want to keep their identities a secret with blurred pics and fake names.  It would be a great shame to them if any pictures or videos were taken and shared, in their culture this would be a huge shame.  It could lead to something very, very bad.

I agree that taking videos is a violation of the providers rights and disrespects their privacy.

Now, to answer the OP's question since Harpman goes through life with "K-doll" blinders on - you can ask a provider to take pics or do a video only if she doesn't hide her face in her ads.  Those that don't show their face are trying to maintain their privacy so it's silly to even ask.  You can also search the ads for providers that specifically allow pics/videos.  They're not just limited to porn stars.

Why would it be odd? If said provider didn't want her picture taken then she does not want it taken needlessly or without her having to. That is her choice is it not?

In my beginning days, I naively asked this same question on the boards and with some providers. Some may and some may not. I learned from that and stopped asking because it is not worth it to put their personal business out there.That is their perogative. For any one to second guess them is just not proper. Some guys have quips in giving out their personal info but when a provider has the same issue some guys go gaga.

And as far as blinders, seems like one guy is calling the kettle black as well. As usual nothing constructive and more bluster. Par for the course once again for the BPS back hole. BTW, S. Korean government can and does censor their internet service over there. CV may possibly not be seen over there so some providers may take the risk of unblurring their faces or be a little bit more public to a certain extent.

Unless somebody has established genuine friendship with a K-doll in which case it is a different situation , even when they like us because we may tart them better than their other.  Johns , we are ultimately clients and not boyfriends or SO, and they view us as such. Taking pictures etc may be viewed as invasion of their personal life outside the hobby.

If a gentleman is heavily verified and I have seen him at least once already then I will usually allow photos to be taken.  I especially appreciate those who have an actual interest in the art of photography.

But that's usually after a rapport has been built up.  And there may be a surcharge involved.  I have had a few providers allow me to video or shoot stills of the session.  I have never shared the videos or stills, and never will.  But it takes a healthy amount of trust.

Some girls will allow you only to do it if they get a copy, as well.  So in that sense, you have as much to lose as her.

As a rule, though, if she doesn't offer it explicitly, better not to ask until you have seen her a few times and can feel her out about it.

Pics would be fun but what I'd really like is you to just pose in a few outfits and positions while I ravish you!
