Oh no last minute cancellation

I had it all set Hotel, 1000 for 2 hours 6pm to 8pm and a provider . She just called and canceled not mad at her but what do I do now? Any one can help? The hotel is next to Magic Mountain

Wood Ranch will deliver out to your car in the parking lot, last time I dined there, there wasn't an option for delivery.... and I tipped generously due to a misunderstanding on my part.  

For 15 the available selection of a meal is meager, salads or soup + delivery charge .... + tip
