I have long understood that men are not created to be monogamous creatures, and I wish more women would come to that understanding as well.  Actually, I'm not sure women were created to be monogamous either, but we certainly have an easier time with it.

Even if a man is getting lots of sex from his spouse, he still will want it from someone else....that is how the DNA works and I don't think he would be a man if he didn't feel that way.   If more women understood that and more spouses actually talked about things like that, I think relationships would last a hell of a lot longer.   I also think women are way too insecure these days and are not in touch with who they are sexually, which leads them to create these sex-less relationships with their partners.  That's a topic for another day.

There is the old saying about couples who swing, "The couple that plays together stays together," and I think that's very true.  Couples who are open with each other about what they want emotionally and physically tend to be able to stay in a relationship, because the relationship is not dogmatic.  Any time you find dogma, you find dissension.

I always relate it to cars (being a serious car nut myself)...A man can work for years to save up enough for his dream car, let's go with a Bugatti, the one he's always wanted and loved.  He gets the car, he friggin' loves that car, and is proud to drive it everyday.  He smiles when he sees it sitting in the driveway and gives it only the best treatment.    

Just because he has this car doesn't mean that when a Lamborghini drives by, he isn't going to look and not be taken in by the sexiness and speed.  He might even want to test-drive it and so he takes it for a spin.  That doesn't mean he's planning on trading in the Bugatti in and it certainly doesn't mean he doesn't love the Bugatti any less.  You most certainly never see the Bugatti giving him shit for looking at or testing out another car.

Its the same thing with men and women.  The closer we all are to understanding these things about each other, the happier our relationships will be and the better our sex lives get.   When these basic human needs are ignored or met with judgement, you get a sexually desperate man who can't think straight, screws an unattractive woman because she is the closest vagina to him, and then a kid comes out.  Oops.

And just in case someone brings this up...I think it falls more to women to be more open-minded because they tend to be the ones in a relationship who, well, create the sex-rules.   I recognize that it isn't them 100% of the time, but let's admit it, they really do tend assume the "judge, jury, and executioner" role a majority of the time.

Some males are a bit more wired to procreate than others. Men are predisposed to employ the shotgun method: father as many children with as many women as possible.  Spreading your genes around makes it statistically more possible for your genes to survive in the world. I'm disappointed in Arnold. He and Maria seemed like the only stable couple left in Hollywood. And he hooks up with this maid soon after T2. If he had to hook up , Tiger beats him by far the whole course with 10 level shots. He should have told her off to go to the gym!

What year do you think was the last time Maria and Arnold had sex?  They were married in 1998. I think their youngest kid is 15 or around there.  So my bet is that was the last time......
