But usually even when I make a request they can't really do much.

lot of girls will do it.  just need to be a repeat visitor.

...by one that if you let the booker know you'd like a particular outfit in advance they generally try to accommodate.  I haven't followed up on that advice though so that's as much as I have to offer.

I've had pretty good luck with special requests.  I haven't gone too far out of the norm for my requests, but I've usually gotten what I've requested.   Of course, that's only been on repeat visits.  With a first visit, I usually let her decide what she'd like to wear.

It is a fact that it happens but sorry, in my experience with the girls I have seen none come even close. Some freely go to the beverly center where they go buy their Chanel and LV bags. Don't make a blanket statement that you can't support. I know it does happen and I will not sugar coat it. But To make generalizations is unfair and unprofessionall.

Most Kgirls work either independently or in an agency where they come and go as they please.  Many also will return home to visit families and willingly return back to the USA for another tour of duty.

Envy and resentment have no bounds .
