In my 24 trips to Korea in the past, it was very obvious to me that better nutrition and health care was adding inches to the younger generations.  It was understandable given the harsh conditions their parents and grandparents endured after WWII and the Korean War.

The good news is it's getting more common to see some tall and beautiful young Korean women walking the streets of Seoul.  They have model proportions, something that was very rare in the past.  Combined with their natural beauty, the overall effect can be quite stunning.

But they don't quite fit the stereotype of the short, passive, there-to-serve Asian woman that has developed over many decades in the West.  And that might throw a few guys expecting something different.  I went out with quite a few tall Korean girls in Seoul and always enjoyed their company, same as with their shorter sisters.

In fact, the one thing that unites men around the world is to discuss the universal truths surrounding the women in their lives, whether wives or girlfriends.

I've had meetings where you could cut the tension with a knife and nobody could find any common ground on either side.  Then all of a sudden someone will mention how their wife did this or that to them and the whole room starts laughing and nodding their heads and the ice is broken after everyone exchanges war stories for 10 minutes.

Women are the same around the world, as are wives, as are the pros/cons of GF's etc.  Certain nationalities may present a different face to the public, but when they're behind closed doors, it's all the same- just ask the men in their lives if you want proof.

Just curious as why some guys feel intimidated about tall k-girls or asian girls for that matter.

I personally like them tall and slim and am not at all bothered by height. I am just curious if it is because it does not fit into some peoples stereotype of asian women in general or a control issue for some guys?

A friend of mine is Korean and about 5'10. She gets so much attention when we go out.

Yes. This generation of young koreans and many of the asian countires have definitely started to reap the benefits of better nutrition and the absense of war or famine (it still happens though). I find that the taller koreans (and asians in general) have a more confident and positive attitude compared to some of the shorter versions.

I find it so difficult to see how many people still fall for this docile, subservient stereotype that exists regarding asian women. Either they watch too much TV or are still stuck in a hole somewhere. Many of the modern asian women I find are strong, independent and very willful and obstinate. I find that highly attractive.

Just adding a little more to the topic and hope people will discuss.

It is personal preference. I'm sure many guys prefer girls who are shorter than they are, whether they are asian or not. You imply that it is the guy's "issue" - they are intimidated, they have a "control issue". Why not accept that it is a personal preference? Do you like short, fat girls? Because they don't fit into peoples' stereotype of "hot".

I has everything to do with how they feel in my arms and jackshit and any "control issues".

Besides, women often express a desire for "tall men".

No 5'9" chick is gonna call me a "tall man".

Tall girls don't bother me, but I'm relatively tall for an Asian guy (for my generation).  I'm lined up to see a girl who is reportedly 5'11 - 6'.  Will be my tallest Asian girl to date. Tallest girl, Asian or not, actually, that I have ever seen.  I'm 5'11 on a good day so it will be interesting if she shows up in 4" heels.  I don't like girls under 5' though.  It makes me a feel a little pervy like I'm with someone underage.  I recall I saw a girl once at an AMP years ago and she was tiny, like 4'10".  It was a bit weird, she looked juvenile.

I love tall and short, as long as they are DDG. But, that said, I do have a weakness for short, thin, petite spinners. Which is probably why I gravitate toward Asian ladies. They just tend to be more prevalent in that ethnicity. Find the right girl and you can easily lift her, move her around, and literally spin her into various positions. (Try that with a lady who is 5'10" and 130 lbs!) I also love the contrast of a petite woman who seems very delicate and feminine on the outside, but turns into a ferocious tiger in the sheets. That is irresistible!  

Same reason guys are attracted to Victoria Secret models... tall, thin and leggy.... doesn't mean they're not attracted to the curvy shorter girls either.....  guys will respond to any hot look.

I just see them as someone who is tall or taller than I am.

My preference is for beautiful and hot and that, for me, can be found in tall and short sizes.  I never care how tall or short a woman is when dating or hobbying.   I pay very little attention to height when deciding on a provider to visit with.

I find a beautiful woman who is tall to be very alluring.  A short beautiful woman (with great proportions) is so hot to me.  I guess it's having it all in a little package that is the turn on.

The taller the better.  There is nothing on this earth sexier, believe me, gentlemen, than a woman you have to salute in the morning. Promote 'em all, I say, because this is true - if you haven't gotten a blow-job from a superior officer, well, you're just letting the best in life pass you by and that's how I feel about tall women...

Most of the women that I've dated as civies have been 5' 10" or taller and my current UTR ATF is well over 6'.  I find them formidable and worthy bed-mates and usually aggressive in the sack.

strong empowered women. Most K-girls despite their smiles and apparent sweetness are in total control of their environment and the  tempo of the session. This apparent power and self confidence intimidate  many insecure and disempowered hobbyists.

Despite their pleasant demeanor and attitude most of these girls are as tough as nails , and given the profession they are in and some of the clients they meet that is a good thing.

I personally lile petite asian women or any women for that matter. I never got the model tall and super skinny type which sems to be the favorite of most guys. And asian women being subserviant is a myth.
