Is it the ambiance?

Is it the cleanliness or the fact that's it's cosy and decorated
Nice music candles

Having a nice wine available to you?

..the ambience to the meeting Does matter?

I rare do outcalls because hotel are so impersonable ...
Or going some guys home ..we never know how messy they are lol kkidding
I did residence outcall once
And was wonderful experience HIs home was awesome.

All off the above. I think a safe comfortable location-clean is a must with ambiance a second. Nice shower facilities for the end of the session. Now if I could get you to have in call in Atlanta.

Some years ago i had a second session with a Thai provider.  Cute gal, great service, the first time... The return match, not so much.  Nothing the lady did, but what she did not do: screen properly.  The apartment was clean, nice, cozy.  No problem there.  The parking was easy.  The ambience was fine.

Perfect ! Everyone should emulate you !

Cleanliness and ambiance are obviously big factors.  Location is also a big factor.  Traffic in LA is so bad I'll rarely go outside of my geographic availability.  Last but not least, parking availability is also desirable.

Cleanliness! Clean bath towels,clean shower,clean bathroom,clean bedroom and nice smelling room!

For me it's location and ease of parking. No more than a 15-20 min. drive and having easy access to parking, not having to circle the block(s) and end up parking several blocks away from the incall location.

It's the proper romantic setting.  Candles, music, fire, sexy attire, etc.  That sets the stage and vibe for a very good time.  Setting the stage is number one.

A true courtesan is an artist.  An Alchemist of energy.  Light, smell, touch, sound and taste.   When all of the senses are stimulated to create a sensual sexxy experience then I know I am in the right place.  Then of course massaging the mind and the heart.  When all of these come together, that is something special.  Finally, if she is hot as hell and in good shape, well, don't invite me over, because I am not likely to leave.

An incall with no nosy neighbors. Good security system; gated and security code entry. No second pair of mens shoes at the door, because another guy in the other bedroom with another girl.

Safety  AND have  clean Place   with a  clean  bathroom  is obligation to a  good HOST...  period
  and is  UNACCEPTABLE go see a  provider  when have more people in the other room Whole  CRAP

I definitely like candles and lots of mirrors. Massage is very nice, and if there is wine, prefer wine; red gives me a horrible headache. Starting out snuggling on the couch is nice!

comparing with some countries that I drove....
 IN CA parking is not  that bad comparing some PIACES i HAVE been.
basic the guys here in CA  are brat ,,no offense please laugh.... smiling-The main problem here .. Some  people do not drive they eat   about.....

Hotels just seem  to work the best.  Not motels.  In other words, w/ interior hallways like Hiltons, Marriotts, Extended Stays etc.  Motels with exterior doors to the room, not so much.  I suppose using an apartment for a while, where you are on a month to month rental agreement and can leave in a month or two in a security building might work.  The rest of it just doesn't seem workable.  You need a place that is your own where you don't see "clients" that is home.  I suppose if you have a solid set of regulars that you have some trust in.  Then @ your condo / home would probably work.  I could see where eventually a solid stable of regulars could make for a sound enjoyable lifestyle.  I wonder how long a "regular" type relationship lasts.  In my attempts to establish a "regular" relationship, they just can't seem to handle it.  You(provider) have the ability to have some connection to more than one.  Women with say 5 children, do they love any one of their children any more or less.  " I like this hobbyist for this reason, ooo, and I like that one because . . . I can't wait to see . . . again next month he's just so  _ _ _ _ _ _ ". If you don't like your customers then maybe you are in the wrong profession.  It's the world's oldest profession,  but that doesn't mean that it's for everybody.
