Is it me or is it that the K bookers have become really arrogant these days.

Early/Mid 2000''s It was great. The booker would reach out to me if a new girl was new in scene. My buddy and I, all we had to do was call and we were set....now, fuck this shit. Way too many hoops to go through.
So, I just gave up...Is it arrogance? Well maybe because there's many who are still into this scene, so they can pick and choose, they don't need you or me.

I've always found them to be polite, helpful, friendly, prompt & well organized. Can't ask for much more than that.

Ha ha, so true! Which is why it's best to keep communication to a minimum. Not only for the sake of safety, but for the sake of not pissing off the gatekeepers.

Then again, I haven't been hobbying at all lately.  I haven't booked with anyone since the lock-down and continuing pandemic.  I did reach out to the one booker I know I'm still good with back in February without an issue.  I inquired about two names and got replies.    

After Fosta-Sesta kicked in I was inundated with texts from bookers I have never booked with before.  Some I told to stop texting me and they complied.  I haven't really experienced much attitude from any booker and I'm not aggressive or a jerk to them either.

That would be understandable . But when you have been dealing with them with the same phone # and the same guy and never ever give them any trouble for 15-20 years, they cant treat you like the guys you are talking about.

I agree.  Very friendly.  Trick is, them getting to know you.  Too many crazies out there.

I’ve been out of the hobby for the past year (Hmm, wonder why?!) and am now wading back in to the fun end of the pool to play.  Had to get a new phone number and now bookers don’t care about my TER status and whitelist, they want names & numbers of 2 recent providers, yadda yadda.  Always thought that TER whitelist was the pinnacle of approval, vouched for by the providers themselves.  Now these Kbookers just don’t seem to care.  I miss my cute Kgirls...
