i have found that amongst the LA sites  CS has the hottest girls.    i guess like a lot of biz situations similar quality market themselves together.   so understand who is on that site and the competition .. great if you are hot since guys looking there are looking for the hottest / best / most expensive.  ..... but not if you are not.  

I know a indie provider who only advertises on there.  She really likes it.  We didn't get into specifics, but that's her place to   advertise.

From a browsing standpoint, it's quite good window shopping.  But, I've never booked anyone from there.
