I live in Whittier.  I severely physically disabled, so I have a caregiver with me at all times (in my house, not necessarily in the same room).  I would need a provider that can come to my place after 11pm, that's when I have a caregiver that can lift me into my bed.  Once in bed gravity pretty much pins me there (kinda like bondage without actually being tied up lol), so I need a gentle, kind provider that can take care of things.  I am nice, respectful, honest, clean, drug, and disease free.  If you are a provider or know of one that might be interested please let me know.  I've contacted a few from tryst, but no luck.
