First off, being directed and redirected and then told to buy cigarettes is BS.  The fact that there was an LE presence and the ad is now down would be reason enough for me to think it was a set-up.  

They might even have been using the cigarettes to verify the person that came to the door was the person she was talking to on the phone.  You did the right thing by leaving.  Too many things didn't seem right and it's always better to be safe than sorry.

That area has a higher police presence anyway.  It has a higher crime rate and is near Parker Center.

Are you sure it was the same black & white both times? It could have been 2 different cars.

I would have left because of the runaround.  Also, I don't smoke so I wouldn't want to be stuck with the ciggies, lol.

I like to find new providers, its the search that makes it interesting.  i always play safe, but enjoy something new.  
last week, i saw an add on cityvibe for a provider near downtown LA.  there were several adds listed on her page.  i called and she picked up, standard talk on the phone.  quoted 1/2 hour and hour donations.  nothing discussed on the phone.  she gave me the intersection to come to and asked to call from that spot.  30 minutes later, i called and she told me to drive to another intersection three blocks away.  this happened three times when she finally told me to pull into a gas station at one intersection and pay for cigerettes as she needed to smoke.  i should have left at that point, but i needed a massage.  another phone call and she had me drive down the street and i noticed a Black and White drive by.  i continued toward her place and she would not give me a cross street, but had me on the phone as i navigated several city streets.  it appeared that i was about to reach the final destination, when she asked me what color and type of car i was driving.  as i turned the corner, there was the Black and White just infront of me by one block.  i bolted.  the add is no longer up and the provider was not reviewed.  

just a coincidence, maybe.   perhaps they are tyring to capture johns on cell phones.  not sure, but it made me very nervous.  .  

Unless she was super high or something.  Just doesn't sound right.

Did you download a photo in case you want to share that?  Also, did you search on the phone number?  Is it linked to other ads?

I doubt it was a sting because the black and whites would be too visible. --Unless that was their gimick, "Nobocy will expect us to be htis obviuos However, cop sting or not, he still did the right thing to leave. The runaround, the cigs, all that is just too weird. I would have given up sooner.

This guy is not a newbie and he said he enjoys finding new talent. Thank goodness for people like him. There has to be some guys willing to tofft. How would a lady get her first review, otherwise?

Sounds more like a newbie provider being over cautious.

LE activity is taking place  across the city. Over the weekend I as I parking outside a Westside  location near the 405,  that most K-girl hobbyists are familiar with , a black and white passed me and stopped parallel to the car in front me , turned  it's siren lights and stayed stationary for a couple of minutes before eventually driving off.

We really need to be alert and  conscious of our surrounding during arrival and departure from trick pads.

We need to heed Froomie's recent appeal to make a greater  effort to protect the safety and privacy of our K-girls.  

"Just because you're paranoid, doesn't mean they're not out to get you" applies here.  Stick to newbies (if that's your
preference) that post on TER boards with verifiable hobbyist endorsements or w/a couple of reviews. Another adage applies :
"Better safe than sorry".  I would have left for home the moment I saw black & white's parked or at least after she asked
me to stop for smokes - a good way to finger you.

If the first location is not within walking distance of the real incall, I bail.
